Our Partner

AS&K-Sports provides assistance in developing the mental skills needed for success in work, competition, and managing life.  The Institute uses a proprietary instrument developed by AS&K-Sports experts that enhances the evaluation and coaching of athletes on a set of ten mental skills that predict success in important situations on and off the field.

AS&K Sports's integrated Mental Skills Assessment (MSA) and Mental Skills Development (MSD) program is based upon the scientific evidence that mental skills can be improved with training- we help athletes build mental skills for success in sports and in life.  We evaluate and coach athletes on a set of ten mental skills that predict success in important situations on and off the field.  Athletes, parents, and coaches use the MSA results to make decisions about the athlete’s coaching and developmental needs.  The MSA can also be used by scouts and coaches for player selection.  The MSD contains instructional material, development resources, descriptive information about the mental skills, access to expert coaching services and more.
